Ooooh, those look so comfy!  The dogs look like they are enjoying them.

Sampson and Delilah's beds aren't that nice, I guess I'm gonna have to invest. Smile

Greyhounds CAN Sit

Wow, your dogs have got the best Grandparents!  My parents can't even remember Frankie and Beryl's names let alone give them presentsFrown  But they are old, not real doggy people, don't read my blog and live in Australia so haven't met them.  They make up for it in other waysSmile

Those beds look like they've got everyone's seal of approval!

Yeah - they are really loving them. They hardly get up anymore, I told them they're all going to get fat like me. Smile

GCS: It was actually "my" Christmas gift. My Mom asked what I wanted, and since I didn't really need anything for me, I said, why not spoil the dogs a bit? Smile That must be tough having your parents all the way in Australia. :-( Do you ever get to visit?

Awww- adorable, they look so comfy.

How did Meadow do with NYE?  I was thinking about all the fireworks.  Also- did you see this Thunderjacks on a Vizsla?

Meadow and Leah (my other firework phobic dog) both did great. We gave them melatonin and sprayed the crate and beds with DAP, plus we had company and the music playing, so it drowned them out. We got lucky that none went off during bathroom breaks too. Phew!

I've heard of and considered the thundershirt, (thanks!, and at first, I didn't think she'd wear one, but she is now wearing coats regular, so I might revisit it. My issue with it is that the fireworks are nearly year round around here, so unless she is going to wear it all the time, I can't predict when the scary things are going to happen to put it on her in time.
