Today I contributed A Humble Ramble over at a great blog called Rescued Insanity. The author of this blog, Kristine, took a well deserved week off from blogging after writing something every weekday for a year straight. What dedication! Sometimes, I struggle to find something to say just one day a week. And, so that her blog wouldn't be eerily silent for the first time in a year, Kristine asked several other writers to contribute guest posts in her place. (Wish I had thought of that myself when I took off on vacation a few weeks ago!)
As it turned out, all of the bloggers she picked churned out really great pieces, and since many of the writers were unfamiliar to me, I now have several great new blogs to follow. I have been following this blog for several months now, and Kristine never fails to write something interesting about her rescued dog and future agility star - Shiva. Kristine weaves a touch of humor into nearly every post, and oftentimes, I learn something too. Plus, like this week, she frequently highlights work from other interesting bloggers that I hadn't been aware of before.
